InOut Games' Ice Fish runs in a browser on the same terms, and its free demo opens on a phone with no installation at all. That makes it the quickest way to prove the point to yourself: if a full game with real bonus rounds loads in a mobile tab, no APK was ever required.

Why an "Ice Fishing APK" cannot be official

Evolution is a B2B supplier. It builds the game and licenses it to operators; it does not run player accounts, take deposits or publish consumer apps. Any app that could pay you money is a casino app containing many games, and its name and publisher should say which casino it is.
